Internationally acclaimed artist, Gordon Froud used our traffic cones in one of his masterpieces. Froud has been involved in the South African and international art world for over 30years. Our plastic lockers are durable and practically maintenance free. They provide an ultra-hygienic, easy-to-clean, durable solution to the traditional metal and wire cages. The plastic doors close without a bang (associated with the metal versions). No rust and repainting needed. These items are light weight but heavy duty. They come in different sizes (change room / food / sports lockers) all can be tiered, the slanted or flat top can suit your every need. Sinvac Plastics are also able to assist with metal frames and installation. We did installation for Sinvac Mining’s changerooms, the before and after photos show what can be done.
We value our industry partners, they play a crucial role on the success of our business. They are the cross-links in our polymer. These covalent bonds, like our transport partners helps us to deliver our plastic products all over Africa. Our dispatch team will help to plan safe and secure packing of the goods to ensure that they reach you in the same condition as they left the floor.
Sinvac Business Relay
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. We do know how to have fun. The Sinvac Group entered 7 teams for the annual business relay. Sinvac Stallions, Mining Miracles Running Tanks, Flying Spanners, all got up early to run in this fun run. Don’t be fooled by the names some of our runners finished 7km in less than 20min. Our business is plastic but our people have a heart and soul!
Our Sinvac Dustbins are a landmark in the Groenkloof area. We manufactured these yellow beacons that was donated by Sinvac Development Trust to the residents of Groenkloof. You will see them on route. Our plastic is completely recyclable and we realise the importance of cleaning up the environment. Each of these dustbins have a positive message and visually display the fruits of the Spirit. A Re Sebetseng (let’s work) – working together towards cleaner cities. Next time you walk / run past one of these, stop and pick up a litter on your way to the next beacon.
Tuks Bestmed Marathon
Sinvac manned the 12km waterpoint at the annual Tuks Bestmed race. This was the first year that you could run the 42km marathon as a seeding race for the Comrades. Sinvac has a group of active runners which the entire company support. Many of them will be running the Comrades this year. The Sinvac employees motivated, cheered and handed out water at the waterpoint. We created a festive atmosphere that motivated the runners to give that extra 5%
We installed Watertanks, rainwater harvesting sytem and irrigation systems together with Sinvac Development Trust at Lethabile. Serving the community and giving back. These systems will help to plant food gardens.
